[Mesa-users] Installing MesaSDK on OS X 10.13.4

Hello,


I am trying to install MesaSDK on Mac OS X 10.13.4 and running into trouble.


Here is the output I am getting from the Xquartz terminal:


bash-3.2$ export MESASDK_ROOT=/Applications/mesasdk
bash-3.2$ source $MESASDK_ROOT/bin/mesasdk_init.sh
mesasdk_init.sh: checking architecture
mesasdk_init.sh: checking prerequisites
mesasdk_preq_check.sh: error: in `/Applications/mesasdk/etc':
mesasdk_preq_check.sh: error: C compiler cannot create executables

The mesa sdk version I downloaded is

mesasdk-x86_64-osx-10.12-20180127.dmg<http://www.astro.wisc.edu/%7Etownsend/resource/download/mesasdk/mesasdk-x86_64-osx-10.12-20180127.dmg>


I am using the following version of Xcode

bash-3.2$ xcodebuild -version
Xcode 9.3
Build version 9E145


And I made sure to install and update the command line tools using "xcode-select --install"


I tried changing permissions in the mesasdk folder using chmod, but that did not work either and I get the same error.


And here is the output requested in the trouble shooting section of the Mesa SDK webpage

Any help you could give would be appreciated. I would be happy to forward whatever files you need (note there does not appear to be any 'config.log' file)
