appears you are calculating zero age main-sequence models.
in mesa, one can specify the mass and initial composition. then either
(a) evolve a pre-main sequence cloud to the main sequence or
(b) have mesa interpolatea zams model from a grid of pre-computed zams models.
in either case, (a) stop the mesa run at zams and (b) the effective temperature
is a result of the physics adopted and not an imposed condition.
alternatively, google "compute a zams stellar model” and several options
will likely appear, including the zams builder from the hansen et al textbook:
