[Mesa-users] "build_and_test FAILED" error on Windows Linux Subsystem

Afraid there is no where to track the problem. The timeline for fixing this
is when I get a chance to look into it. At the moment the limiting step is
that I can't get a good backtrace for the problem on windows.

What can't you so with Mesa docker? It is a full Mesa installation so
should be capable of running any Mesa problem.
