Hi Thomas,

If you have the MESASDK_ROOT environment variable set correctly, and you're
sourcing the init script, e.g.,

source $MESASDK_ROOT/bin/mesasdk_init.sh

as described here:

http://www.astro.wisc.edu/~townsend/static.php?ref=mesasdk#Installation

Then the MESA SDK path should appear in your PATH.  Since it doesn't, I
think this is one of your problems.
