Hi All,

Here are some notes and highlights associated with Release 10108.

The paper covers the new stuff that is now ready for public use.

Added new "predictive mixing" scheme, which positions convective
boundaries to ensure (in most cases) that gradr=grada on the convective
side of the boundary. See Section 4 of MESA IV for full details.

Moved the HELM-PC EOS blend default to be from Gamma=10-20 instead of
40-80. See Section 2 of MESA IV for more information.

Changed default value for mass_fraction_limit_for_PC to 1d-3 instead of
1d-2 so that more trace elements are considered for PC EOS calls.

The wd_diffusion test case has been modified to use the most up-to-date
diffusion methods as described in Section 4 of MESA IV. The previous
diffusive equilibrium test has been replaced with a test that checks the
electric field in the degenerate core.

Add a new method for doing post-explosion evolution of CCSN up to just
before shock breakout. The treatment of shocks now uses an approximate
Riemann solver (HLLC method) and avoids artificial viscosity. There is
a treatment of the effects of Rayleigh-Taylor instabilities based on the
method of Paul Duffell (2015). See Sections 5, 6, 7 in MESA IV.
