If you want more flexibility, you can add explicit calls to star_export_pulse_data within your run_star_extras.f file. For instance:
call star_export_pulse_data(id, ‘GYRE’, ‘model.GYRE’, &
add_center_point = .TRUE., &
keep_surface_point = .FALSE., &
add_atmosphere = .TRUE., ierr)
