[mesa-users] Timestep (Reduction based on abundance)

For instance, setting
delta_lg_XH_cntr_limit = 0.01
Which I interpreted that it implies log10(h1 mass fraction at center)
changing by 0.01 per timestep. In other-wards, producing a model every time
h1 chances by 0.01
