Did you try the command line ? You can download previous mesa sdk using

wget --user-agent="http://www.astro.wisc.edu/~townsend/resource/download/mesasdk/mesasdk-x86_64-linux-YYYYMMDD.tar.gz

The command line are in the FAQ

Hi

I am trying to install mesa 7211 or 6794 but any of the mesa sdk versions on the website worked.

Where i can find the previous versions of SDK ? New mesa versions does not contain some commands but the previous one does.
