[Mesa-users] Double Roche lobe overflow

Thanks all!  Jared, I hadn't thought about just hard-wiring the binary_id
in the binary_ptr call inside the stars' other_hooks.  That should work!

Pablo (& Tassos), that scheme looks similar to what I'm envisioning, but
somewhat different; I'm thinking about small nova-like envelopes getting
ejected from the surface, so they shouldn't lead to the merger of the
system once they go past L2.
