[Mesa-users] Initializing angle-averaged hydro model in MESA

Hi Manos,

did you check this warning in star_job.defaults?

          ! NOTE: it is up to you to ensure that the current net isotopes
match
          ! the species in the composition file.
          ! You can set `show_net_species_info = .true.` to check the
isotopes in the net.

I can see that your compositions lists 19 isotopes. MESA has no way to know
what those isotopes are, and apparently you don't switch the network in
your inlist.
