Is this correct?

I am in a temporary holding pattern wrt SDK 5.4 and ~r9793 not installing.
Rich Townsend is looking into this.

My inquiry was based on using the setup SDK 5.3.1 and MESA r~9793, which I
will revert to unless Rich has any additional tests he would like me to run
my current setup.
