[mesa-users] Troubleshooting MESA

To whom this may concern,

My name is Nick and I have been attempting to install MESA for awhile now.

OS: Arch Linux
Kernal: x86_64 Linux 4.7.2-1-ARCH
MESA Version: 8845
MESASDK Version: Most up-to-date one (20160129)
location of files : /opt/mesa/*

MESASDK successfully installed. I currently am working on installing 
MESA. I ran into a problem in the kap package. More specifically, I 
receive an error in the gfortran compiling of "Note: The following 
floating-point exceptions are signalling: IEEE_UNDERFLOW_FLAG
/opt/mesa/kap/test
TEST FAILED -- compare test_output to tmp.txt
./build_and_test failed"

When I compare the two files, the only difference is the line Zbase in 
the tmp.txt file. In the test_output file the line reads
information above
"Zbase 1.7999999999999999E-02"
information below

while in the tmp.txt file the line reads
information above
"Zbase 1.7999999999999999E-02
Note: The following floating-point exceptions are signalling: 
IEEE_UNDERFLOW_FLAG"
information below

The difference between the two is what is in "" above.

I thought to fix this error by appending 
"-ffpe-trap=zero,overflow,underflow" to all gfortran commands that were 
called by the make files however that didn't solve the issue.

I have consulted with the FAQ and tried browsing through some forums to 
fix this error to no avail.

If you can offer any ideas, support, or sympathies I would be very grateful.
