There's some nice work by Jones et al. stuyding this phase with MESA.

Beware that if you just use that net, the e-capture reactions won't be
quite right.  The "special" weak rates described in Paxton et al. (2015)
Section 8 are necessary during this phase.  See

Jones et al. use rate tables from Toki et al. (2013).  In the not too
distant future, things will be better in a MESA release.  Suzuki et
al. (2016) have a nice set of tables that MESA needs to learn to use.
