Dear Irham,
It’s difficult to determine what problem you are experiencing from your description.
I have a few ideas, but if you want MESA users to help, the best way would be to send diagnostic plots of your models.
Incidentally, examining what’s the internal state of your model (plotting different quantities), could help you find some answers to your own questions and/or learn more about the evolution of stars.

As a side note, the TPAGB phase (thermally pulsating asymptotic giant branch) is not an evolutionary phase expected for a 32 Msun star.

If you are interested in the challenges of evolving rotating, very massive stars, I suggest you first also have a look at the second mesa instrument paper (http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2013ApJS..208....4P <http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2013ApJS..208....4P>, in particular Sec.7).
