[mesa-users] Problem with optimisation

Have you read the MESA instrument papers?  Have you searched the MESA Community Portal, mess star.org?

You are using astero_test.mod as your starting point.  Paper 2, section 3.2 discusses the test case.  It is based on HD43985 which may not provide an adequate starting model for your case.
