Hi

You could try adding this to your run_star_extras.f file in the
extras_controls function (untested) to auto set the initial_he4 variable.

s%job%initial_he4=1.0-(s%job%initial_h1+s%initial_z)

then you just need to set the initial_h1 and intial_z in your inlists
