[mesa-users] thermal pulse

ِDear Mesa Users
As part of my thesis I need to simulates the AGB phase of low mass stars. I need to reproduce the thermal pulse and make plots of their luminosity variation and periods versus initial mass of star. I want to ask "Is any per-designed  inlist  file at the test_suit folder suitable for this task?. I have made a search at the Mesa users mailing list and find that to see thermal pulses , two terms: Blocker_scaling_factor = 0.05d0 and initial_z = 0.01d0, must be changed in (1M_pre_ms_to_wd) file.  but I don't know if this is the best way for reproducing thermal pulses or not.It would be greatly appreciated if you help me through this.
