[mesa-users] Keplerian angular momentum for accreted material

hi héctor,

this could be done in a run_star_extra.f through the function
extras_finish_step where one could set s%accreted_material_j 
based on the conditions of interest.

note that if use_accreted_material_j = .false., then accreted material 
is given an angular momentum such that the material is rotating at the 
same angular velocity as the surface.
