Hi Benard —

Have you had a look at the get_gyre_frequency_info subroutine in pulse_gyre/src/run_star_extras.f? This routine calls GYRE and then prints out the frequencies. It should be straightforward to modify it to save the frequencies to a file.

I usually calculate the models first and then apply my own external script to call Gyre and save the calculated frequencies.

I would like to try what the Gyre pulse module does (calculating model and frequencies at every step) however, the frequencies are not saved in the LOGS. Can some one help me on this?
