Well that is telling you the error it cant find the file.

Mono_a09_Fe1.75_Ni1.75_z0m0_x00.data is not a opacity table that ships by
default with MESA. To use the Mono_ opacity tables you need to follow the
instructions in
$MESA_DIR/star/test_suite/radiative_levitation/inlist_radiative_levitation.
Make sure to set the op_mono_data_path and op_mono_data_cache_filename
options in your inlist_controls to point to the correct location where you
have saved the Mono data.

Otherwise I would suggest you look at
http://mesa.sourceforge.net/star_job_defaults.html#kap_controls which lists
the normal options you can use for the opacity data.

Note showing inlists and exact error messages makes debugging things alot
easier and quicker.
