[mesa-users] defaults

I used the 15M_dynamo test case to do a quick test.  I made no other changes to the inlist than the following.  The values below are from the end of the run.  controls.defaults, line 3035, says "! Set to 0 to disable this feature” but commenting mdot_omega_power had the same value as setting it to zero as would be expected.

1 . inlist_15M_dynamo as in test_suite  —>   mdot_omega_power = 0.43




2. inlist_15M_dynamo modified  —>   ! mdot_omega_power = 0.43




3. inlist_15M_dynamo modified  —>   mdot_omega_power = 0
