[mesa-users] change_net vs change_initial_net

I'm certain this has been discussed before but it might have been at the
summer school, hence why I can't find an email trail. I've looked at the
net.f90 file, which includes only the subroutine change_net and so I
imagine the difference is subtle, but it escapes me.

Also, the defaults says " 'new_net_name' only used if 'change_net' is
true", what does "change_initial_net' use to define the net? Or am I being
a tad too literal on that one?
