All models have an atmosphere, as we need something for the outer boundary
condition, I would suggest just deleting that option and letting mesa use
its defaults unless you have good reason to want to change it. Or you could
experiment and see what happens when you change that value?

We don't have points directly at 0, but there is one close to zero
max_center_cell_dq = 1d-7

Sets the maximum mass (in mass ratio units) of the central cell. Why do you
need a point directly at r=0?
