[mesa-users] Triple systems

there are amalgamations such as amuse, http://amusecode.org, which seek 
to combine N-body dynamics, hydro, radiative transfer and stellar evolution 
(including MESA of an undocumented vintage) into a single framework.

i don't know if amuse will do the N=3 hierarchical triple problem,
just raising the possibility.
