Hi
The problem is once you have entered the csh environment when you set
MESASDK_ROOT you haven't provided a path to the variable, you've just done

setenv $MESASDK_ROOT
instead of
setenv $MESASDK_ROOT /path/to/folder

So its looking for a file in / with you wont have permission for.

Though it looks like you could also use the bash version at the start
without having to use csh (when you are getting the message about setenv
not installed that is because you are in bash not csh)
