7678 is an unreleased version of mesa and thus not packaged as a zip file, and as such it may not work as expected. If you still wish to proceed then you can get an svn checkout with:

svn co 7678 svn://svn.code.sf.net/p/mesa/code/trunk<http://svn.code.sf.net/p/mesa/code/trunk> mesa

Are you sure you don't want 7624?
