[mesa-users] Reaclib partition function data source

Hi Austin,
The source was the JINA nuclide database ( https://groups.nscl.msu.edu/jina/nucdatalib/ ).  There was a control for how the data were formatted — I used the ‘extended’ format.  The masses and partition functions, however, were the ones used with the reaclib database.

I've checked all of the libraries available on the JINA Reaclib page, but isotopes.data seems to contain more precision than these files, particularly in the values of the mass excesses. Were these taken from AME2012 and combined with the Reaclib database manually, perhaps?
