[mesa-users] Reaclib partition function data source

Hi,

What is the source of the Reaclib partition function function data
currently used by MESA (in chem/data/isotopes.data)?

I've checked all of the libraries available on the JINA Reaclib page, but
isotopes.data seems to contain more precision than these files,
particularly in the values of the mass excesses. Were these taken from
AME2012 and combined with the Reaclib database manually, perhaps?
