[mesa-users] interp_2d thread safety

Hi mesa-users,

Here is an esoteric question: Does anyone have actual working knowledge
that the interpolation routines in the interp_2d module are thread-safe /
OpenMP friendly?  I'm specifically interested in the interp_evbicub_sg/db
routines, which I'm using in another project.

I (naively?) assumed that they are but it's not tested in the module-level
test code nor is it used within a parallel loop elsewhere in MESA.  So I
thought I'd ask.

If no knows for sure, I'll test it.
