[mesa-users] How to set changes in Y, Alpha, FeH

So there is initial_Z and initial_Y in your controls inlist
http://mesa.sourceforge.net/controls_defaults.html#specifications_for_starting_model

and in the star_job controls like initial_zfracs for setting  the initial
composition of the star.
