Hi,


I finally solved my problem. I was able to compile the program for 1M and 15M.

How i save all my data, because the window of the graph disappeared ?

please send the output of the following:

which gfortran

ls

and the exact command you are running and its output (not just a screenshot) add:
 | tee log
to the end of the command you are using and attach the file "log" that is created.

It looks a lot like the sdk isn't properly initialized as it cant find certain lapack functions.

Have you followed http://www.astro.wisc.edu/~townsend/static.php?ref=mesasdk#Linux

Note you need to set up the environment variables every time you start a new terminal unless you save them to ~/.profile.

Once you have set up the variables again try doing:
./clean
./mk | tee build.log

where the | tee buid.log saves the output to a file, which is easier for us to debug your issues from than just a screenshot of the final error.
