[mesa-users] Imposing an arbitrary rotation profile

Would another option be to do something similar to the
star_relax_composition? ie we make a star_relax_nonuniform_omega that
accepts the current omega profile and a new omega profile that is then
interpolated between over a number of steps. There is already
star_relax_uniform_omega, we just need to be able to pass something more
complicated than a single omega value.
