[mesa-users] Imposing an arbitrary rotation profile

Hi,

Sounds like an interesting project that should be possible without too much pain.

But rather than going into the private files, would you be willing to help us improve the "hooks" for mesa to see if we can provide something to give you what you need.   That might help the next person who wants to do something like this but doesn't have your skills for changing the internals of mesa.

I wonder if you could use the "other_torque" hook to spin up the model to what you want?   Also consider the "other_torque_implicit" hook.
