[mesa-users] install failed using 8118 and SDK 20160129

Hello,

Thanks in advance for the help!

I am using OS X 10.11.6.
MESA version 8118
SDK 20160129 (most recent)

and have followed all the installation instructions. When running
./install, I get



...
/Users/lawsmith/Documents/mesa-r8118/crlibm
building crlibm package.

../private/crlibm_c_fortran.c -o crlibm_c_fortran.o
../private/crlibm_c_fortran.c:5:34: fatal error: ../../include/crlibm.h: No
such file or directory
compilation terminated.
make: *** [crlibm_c_fortran.o] Error 1

/Users/lawsmith/Documents/mesa-r8118/crlibm
./build_and_test FAILED

/Users/lawsmith/Documents/mesa-r8118/crlibm
./build_and_test FAILED



and an "ls $MESA_DIR/include" shows no crlibm.h.

I noticed another thread with this same problem on the mesa-users archive,
but it didn't seem resolved.

Any suggestions? Am also coming to summer school if it's easier to debug
there.
