Vida, It would appear your MESA_DIR variable is not properly set, as it is
pointing to


I'm assuming you somehow copied something from Josiah Schwab to have your
MESA_DIR set to that. You should set the variable appropriately by using

export MESA_DIR=/the/path/to/mesa

In your bash terminal (probably you want to save that to ~/.bashrc so its
done automatically every time you open a new terminal). After that you
should be able to compile.
