[mesa-users] HELP: For critical rotation mass loss

Dear Josiah,
   Thank you very much for your kind help.
   I wonder how these factors which are listed as follow control MESA when the star attains the critical rotation.
How many mass and angularmomentum are ejected form the star? How about the related formula?
Would you please tell me in detail.
