Please go re-read the thread that you, me, and Pablo had just a couple
of days ago.

Other_wind mass loss is (undesirably) on during the relaxation phase.

Both Pablo and I suggested that you make a tidally synchronized model by
running with the WR wind off.  Immediately save this model at timestep
1.  Then load this saved model and run with the WR wind on.

You don't seem to be doing this as far as I can tell.
