[mesa-users] HELP. Critical rotation of accretor in binary system

Wang, I don't see any reason why your accretor should not spin up from your
inlists. At the moment I can't run your inlists to see what is the problem
so you need to be more specific. As I asked before, do you have mass
transfer happening? Even if you don't, I doubt your star remains at 200
km/s as you say, because you have activated the initial orbital
synchronization.

Cant you send some plots of surface rotational velocities against time, and
of mass transfer rates? And also an advice,   only include in your inlists
parameters that you change from the default value. That makes things
clearer both for you and anyone else reading them.
