[mesa-users] HELP. Critical rotation of accretor in binary system

Dear professor
  I want to achieve critical rotation of accretor. In the inlist_project, set
     
      mass_transfer_alpha = 0.0d0
      mass_transfer_beta = 0.0d0
      mass_transfer_delta = 0.8d0
      mass_transfer_gamma = 2.0d0


     do_j_accretion = .true.
     do_tidal_sync = .true.
 but the accretor rotation keep 200km/s at equator. 
Could you please tell me,
How to achieve critical rotation of accretor?
