[mesa-users] helium main sequence binary

Hi mesa users:

I want to run a binary system with a Wolf-Rayet star and a compact star.
1)  For inlist1:
 &controls:        zams_filename = 'zams_z2m2_y98.data’

2)  For inlist_project:
   m1 = 10.0d0  ! donor mass in Msun
   m2 = 1.40d0  ! companion mass in Msun
   initial_period_in_days = 0.2d0
But from the binary_history.data, I find star 1 started to lose mass from 2.2 at the beginning(about 300 yrs)
And binary_separation is approximately equal to 20 Rsun.

So what I had set in the list did not work. And mesa seems to create a random initial parameter. I am now confused about where I am wrong.
Any comments are appreciated. Thank you in advance!

With my best regards,
Ying
