[mesa-users] Build problem on linux Mint

My first thought was that he was missing libc6-dev, but I think he 
verified that is installed and checked the other too.  He  said he had 
to use cmake instead of make, which makes me worry that there is 
something weird about the Mint install that is making it not find the 
right packages.
