[mesa-users] updating star_job and controls during run

As far as I know, the stopping conditions for any given relax_* routine are
just up to that specific routine.  Sometimes these stopping conditions also
refer to inlist parameters (like setting a minimum total mass when using
relax_mass, for instance).  But as Josiah said, these are only read during
initialization.  And you're right, no photos are saved in the meantime.

Why do you want to do this?
