[mesa-users] updating star_job and controls during run

No you can't change the stars or controls section during a run from an
inlist.

What you could do is run a model to stopping criteria 1 (run a model once,
grab the model number 1 step after a relaxation step, then re-run with the
max_model_number stopping criteria, or just save lots of photo's such that
one of them is just after the end of the relaxation phase) and save a
photo. Then restart with the inlists changed to the next stopping criteria.

Or you could code things up inside your run_stars_extra to change the star
and control inputs when some condition is set.
