The change in wind name (from "eta" to "scaling factor") hasn't been in
made it into release yet. For the current version (r7624), you can see
the options for setting the wind at

Using MESA's other_wind hook, you can easily implement your own wind
prescription. See
$MESA_DIR/star/other/other_wind.f
for some details.

where it was being abused to simulate roche lobe overflow.
