Hi,
I'm going to pass this along to the mesa-users to let someone else have a chance to answer your questions.
But I can suggest that you supply specific details beyond stating that something isn't working.
Send enough information that others can reproduce the problems you are encountering.
Good luck,
Bill

I have kept working on it but I am encountering plenty of numerical problems when trying to achieve higher central temperatures (let's say until 1.d9; I cannot go further than 4.5d8). Basically, MESA is reducing the time step due to Lnuc, as explained in the section "timestep_controls" (I included dt_limit in my inlist), therefore I have been trying to solve this issue.

Am I wrong somehow? The only lower thresholds for the time step I have found are min_timestep_limit (stop the model) and min_timestep_factor, which does not seem to be working either. Is there any conflict between any commands? I certainly need to study the explosion in more depth but I have found no way to solve this issue; I guess that getting delta_lgL_nuc_limit to work is the key.
