Hi JC,

Those were selected by me as a way to include the sound speed profile in the choice of a solar model.  The value I picked for sigma is just to give a reasonable weight to the sound speed term relative to the others --- make sigma too large and the sound speed profile rms has no effect on the chi^2; make sigma too small and sound speed will completely dominate the chi^2.   goldilocks.   feel free to change it.  feed free to drop the sound speed from the chi^2.
