Hi Sanaz,
For that purpose, you have to use profiles and some variables like “omega”, “log_j_rot” etc. 
For a full list of available options, see /mesa/star/defaults/profile_columns.list.
Copy that into your local work directory, and give it a new name, e.g. my_profiles.list. Then, in your &star_job part of the inlist, set 

            profile_columns_file = ‘my_profiles.list’

Here, make sure that the row starting with e.g. “omega” is uncommented. Then, you will get the spatial distribution of angular velocity inside your star.
