Please send your inlist so others can reproduce the problem without guesswork.

We don't have access to the spectral info from the various model atmospheres.  However, there is a "colors" module that implements Lejeune, Cuisinier, & Buser 1998 scheme for spectral synthesis.  To use it from mesa/star, you can call subroutine write_colors_info in run_star_support from your run_star_extras.
