[mesa-users] Other_Energy and Mesh Refinement

after the mesh planning stage, mesh adjustment is performed as described 
in the 4th paragraph of section 6.4 in mesa I. no special mesh adjustment
is done based solely on what may be in other_energy. one could also look 
at the code starting from, say, $MESA_DIR/star/private/mesh_adjust.f90 to
see exactly what is done.
