[mesa-users] surface rotation

HI MESA

I don't know what the "surface rotaion” means
However it doesn't tell how the rotaion is distributed inside the star.

I read explanation abut this cods "set_surf_rotation_v_step_limit = 10     “      several times but I couldn't find  that what it do.
                                                      " new_surface_rotation_v = 250.0 ! km/sec”

in this subject  is it supposed  that the star is rigid body?

would I please explain me these cods what is do exactly.
